Symphony is Mitchell’s analytical and consumer research business. We conduct qualitative and quantitative research, the latter being focused on online research through a bespoke panel. Symphony works with clients on NPD, brand positioning, consumer insight, pre and post tracking and brand health projects. The analytics business employs marketing modelling techniques to understand the contribution made from individual marketing investments. Using the analysis, optimal investment levels can be set to drive improved returns.
